Hi, I'm Silvina. I've been working in property since 2012, and during that time, I've come to understand that buying, selling, or renting in Central London isn't just about transactions - it's about people. It's about your goals, your concerns, and what really matters to you. I founded Address Property Consultants in 2012 to offer a service that goes beyond the standard estate agent experience.
My background in law and investment banking brings a unique approach - one where strategy, precision, and deep market knowledge come together to get you the best possible result. Whether you're buying your first home, selling a luxury property, or securing a rental, I'm here as your buying agent and trusted adviser. I work with a limited client roster, ensuring each client receives bespoke, personalised service. Most importantly, I put your interests first - always.

Why my Background Makes a Difference
I'm originally from Argentina and have been living in London for over 25 years. Before property, I spent years in law and banking, where I learned the importance of strategic negotiation, thorough due diligence, and working tirelessly to get the best outcome.
When I started Address Property Consultants (now Silvina Paz London), I made sure everything we do is rooted in integrity, discretion and precision. Real estate isn't just about numbers; it's about getting things right, every time.
Having lived across Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Chelsea, Notting Hill, South Kensington, and Brook Green, I bring genuine Prime Central London authority to every transaction.

Empathy is at the core of what I do. The real estate market can be overwhelming, and for international clients relocating to London, it's even more complicated. As a relocation agent, my experience working with people from all over the world has taught me how important personalised service is.

Helping Clients
Outside of work, you'll find me grabbing coffee at one of my favourite London spots (I have a few hidden gems I love to share!) or walking my two Brussels Griffons, Obi-Wan and Han Solo (@thegalacticfamily). I also love travelling and cherish moments with my daughter Lara.
