I Sold a Flat in SW3 Through a WhatsApp Group — And Then Did a Rental Deal Too

This year I have done two property deals through 'whatsapp groups', and earlier this week I was quoted on Prime Resi (the Real Estate Specialised press) as an early adopter.
Most people think that selling properties is about 'listing on a portal'…. (most buyers in London also believe that's how they will find a property) but the industry is changing and we, the property professionals, are finding different ways to connect and interact.
Whatsapp worked for me!
